With just a couple of clicks, LobbyFox enables facility administrators to change the language settings of individual kiosks, locations containing many check-in kiosks, or even entire organizations. What does this mean to you? It means that a kiosk receiving primarily French speakers will prompt guests to sign visitor agreements in French by default, or perhaps a check-in kiosk used predominately by Pashto speaking contractors will show orientation videos in Pashto by default. These default settings are useful in that they tell the kiosk which sort of content to serve the average visitor at that particular kiosk, location, or organization entirely. How does LobbyFox work?

The LobbyFox check-in kiosk couldn’t be easier to use. When a visitor arrives at your facility, the kiosk instructs them to check in by using the touchscreen. LobbyFox asks them who they are, who they’re with, who they’re there to see, and what the nature of their visit is. At that point, a name badge is automatically printed for the guest, and their host (the employee they’re there to see) is notified via email, text, or both that they have a visitor in the lobby.
